Whats Going On Inside
Thanks to all the people who have started following and fanning me! Last season was my Junior year and I was voted the captain of my team. I started at CB and was having a great season statistically. Week 4 on the second play of the game I jumped up to deflect a pass and landed on my foot sideways and heard a pop in my knee. I fell and couldn't get up. The Ohio State training staff helped me to our sidelines where I was eventually told I wasn't going back in. The following Monday the MRI would show that I tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. This is known as the terrible trio in the medical world and is obviously a season ending injury but can also be a career ending injury. The doctor told me we would do surgery and the recovery time for an ACL surgery is one year. This posed as a problem for me seeing how I was intending on playing college football and couldn't afford to miss my senior year because I was rehabbing from surgery. I listened and proceeded with my surgery but after the doctors appointment quickly took my emotions to Facebook/Twitter stating that I would be fully recovered from my surgery and be ready to play my senior season. I started the rehab process at the Ohio State Medical Center with much confidence, I've always been one to push my body beyond it's limits and was used to having to work hard for things, especially with my size being 5'8 and only weighing 150 hanging with receivers who were much bigger was something I had to work for. I went weekly into my rehab appointments giving my all. My surgery took place in November and as of April 10th, 2013 after a follow up appointment I have been cleared to participate in the 2013 football season. I can honestly say that this recovery had nothing to do with me but all with God he healed me and I have been and will continue to give him glory for it. I felt like you guys might like to know a little about me so that's why i wrote this I hope it gave you all some insight, thanks for reading!
Nice! Inspiring and great story to read!

Unstoppable train, mad talented.
Threw 44' in shotput today and 140' in discus. Decent numbers for just power throws at our first practice. Keeping the weight room grind as well in the a.m., hit 345 bench, 255 hang clean, 275 incline bench, 530 straight leg deadlift and 500 squat. Check out and share my highlight tape
